Of their outspoken catchphrases, their most common ones are "We are going to destroy the Avalanches" and "Evie will never make it into the Double Buce Club." The Scourge are the youngest team to ever enter a Buce league.

Led by Quad Team dropout and long-time fan Lachlon Willis, the team was comprised mainly of ex- Quad Team players, as well as SFBC dropout Toby Travalos. NSF aimed to be the team for any players who are new to the game of Buce, and were wishing to hone their skills. However, their virtually all-rookie team roster, combined with lack-lustre match attendance, ensured that they were firmly rooted to the bottom of the ladder.
The team was made up of:
- Lachlon Willis
- Emily Thrower
- Dane McMahon-Squires
- Toby Travalos
- Jarrod Jones
- Sam Swinburn

- Drew Cowen
- Keith Rogers
