Mandeep is a Buce Player notable for his aggressive attitude and outspoken outbursts during games, although this is something he has claimed to have overcome: "...for my friends, family, and all the kids who look up to me".

Mandeep Anand was one of the original members of The Front Team, playing to surprising notoriety during the 2008 Buce League for being an apt player, though passionate and aggressive. After being drafted into The Hawks during the 2009 Summer Season, Mandeep represented the Hawks as a midfielder during the 2009 Buce League and maintained their reputation as aggressive and passionate players.
Mandeep featured on one occasion for The Hawks in the 2009 Winter Buce League, where he scored one point. Mandeep reappeared in the summer of 2010, and was a staunch Hawks player throughout the season. He is expected to play for the Hawks into the foreseeable future.
